Affiliated Citizen Action Groups
Team Hammond is a citizens action group in Hammond, Indiana. It was started some four years ago by a community developer and activist, Wes Miller, and has developed into an influential group with considerable success in addressing Hammond's governmental and property tax issues. Now led by Directors George Janic, JoAnn Palko and Jim Premeske the group continues to work represent the citizens both in the City of Hammond and at the county and state governmental levels.
